  • I only need a couple lamps. Do you handle retail?
    Currently, we primarily cater to wholesale orders. However, we'd be delighted to assist you by connecting you with our local distributors in your region, whenever possible. To better assist you, kindly provide us with your country details and preferred method of contact. Our team will promptly guide you to the nearest distributor who can fulfill your requirements.   • What’s your lead time?
    ​​At QS Lighting, we strive to provide efficient service to all our customers. For certain lamps, we maintain stock to expedite orders. However, lead time can vary based on the quantity and type of lamp you wish to purchase. If the items you need are readily available in our inventory, we'll ship them out promptly. In cases where the specific items are not in stock, the lead time typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks. Rest assured, we make every effort to fulfill your order as swiftly as possible. We recommend that you reach out to us to get confirmation on lead time for your desired products.

We offer the option to add customized labels in the following areas: Light Bulb: Elevate the elegance of your products with engraved labels on the light bulbs, featuring your logo or brand name. Inner Sleeve: Ensure easy brand recognition with sticker or printed labels on the inner sleeve, showcasing your brand elements. Outer Carton Box: To further promote your brand, we offer stickers on the outer carton box, making your products instantly recognizable. Moreover, if you have specific requirements for printed packaging that align with your brand aesthetics, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.     At QS Lighting, quality is the cornerstone of our manufacturing process. Here's how we maintain our stringent quality control: Material Consistency: We source our materials annually from trusted suppliers, ensuring a consistent and reliable foundation for our lamps. This approach guarantees that each lamp meets our high-quality standards. Thorough Testing: Before mass production, we meticulously test each batch of new materials. We create at least 20 lamps from the new materials and keep them illuminated for a minimum of 3 months for a comprehensive quality check. Lifetime Testing: The longevity of our light bulbs is subjected to rigorous testing in an integrating sphere, adhering to the strict IEC standards. This process guarantees that our products deliver exceptional performance and longevity. Sampling Inspection: To maintain a consistent level of excellence, we conduct sampling inspections before every delivery. This further ensures that each lamp meets our stringent quality criteria.
  • What’s your product warranty?
    At QS Lighting, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products, and to ensure your peace of mind, we offer a product warranty of up to one year. With our warranty coverage, you can feel confident in the performance and durability of our lighting solutions. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within the specified warranty period, we will gladly provide a suitable solution, ensuring that you receive the utmost value from your purchase.
  • How do you package your lamps?
    We take great care in ensuring that our lamps are packaged securely to reach you in perfect condition. Here's how we package our lamps: Individual Inner Sleeve: Each lamp is carefully enclosed in its own individual inner sleeve, which provides an extra layer of protection. These inner sleeves come in either white or light brown. Outer Carton Box: After the individual sleeving, we place 12 lamps in a single outer corrugated carton box. This carton box is designed to withstand the rigors of transportation, ensuring your order remains safe during transit. Pallets: Default Option: Plastic Pallets. Our default pallet option is sturdy plastic pallets. These plastic pallets are durable, lightweight and ideal for most regular shipments. Enhanced Load Handling: Wooden Pallets or Boxes. For heavier loads or bulky items,, we also offer the option of wooden pallets or wooden boxes. These are available at an extra cost.

We take pride in offering customizable packaging options to ensure your order reflects your vision. How does it work? Collaborative Process: Our dedicated team will work closely with you to understand your packaging requirements and preferences. Whether it's a specific design, branding elements, or special materials, we're here to make it happen. Design Assistance: If you need help bringing your packaging ideas to life, our talented design professionals can offer their expertise. We'll create mock-ups and prototypes for your approval before finalizing the design. Quality Assurance: While we encourage creativity, we also prioritize the safety and protection of your products.   • How do you ship your lamps?
    We have established strong partnerships with reliable forwarding companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of our lamps to our valued customers. We offer two main shipping methods: Sea Freight: For cost-effective and larger shipments, we use sea freight as the preferred method. This option is suitable for orders with a bit more flexibility in delivery time. Air Freight: When speed is of the essence or for smaller, time-sensitive shipments, we opt for air freight. This method ensures your lamps reach their destination swiftly. We’re also happy to work with your preferred forwarding companies. International Import/Export: For international orders, our shipping services include seamless import and export processes. We handle the necessary documentation and customs requirements to streamline the shipping experience and avoid any unnecessary delays. Tracking and Updates: Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we provide tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, shipment size, and chosen shipping method. Delivery Times: The delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
